Packaging
Sutures are packed in one, two or three dozen boxes. Boxes are designed for easy usage and environmental friendly. Box labels are coded with different colours for easy defining of suture type. Each individual package has pealable double blister.

Blister:
1- Consists of transparent polyethylene film and medical grade of paper.
2- Consists of alufoil.
Labelling
Paper is coloured with Ethylene Oxide (EO) indicator; yellow colour indicates the product processed with
EO gas. On each product and box; type of the suture, USP and EP size, needle length and following signs are stated.
Certificates Labelling

Logo shows that the product complies minimum necessary standards
defined by Turkish Standard Institution.

Medical Device Directive Labelling
In all   brand surgical sutures labelling is done according to the Medical Device Directive (MDD 93/42/EEC). The Directive is a European regulation harmonising existing national controls and the presentation of information for medical devices.To comply with the Directive number of symbols presented below is used on   packaging.

Additional Labelling
For reordering products are defined by code numbers.

Product Catalogue (Code) Number.

To supply easy informing needle shape is clearly defined by drawings.

Needlepoint slide view, cutting edge, taper etc.

Tree dimensional view of the needle point.

Needle shape: ½ c. etc. and; length. Double needle shows double armed.

Dozen Box
Standard individual package is a dozen box.
Twelve of sachets are put in drawer box, than the box is labelled.
Double or triple dozen boxes are used for packaging of 24/36 sachets on request.
Long Boxes
To avoid bending, monofilament stainless steel wires are put in
individual envelopes which are as long as suture length.
Than they are boxed in long boxes at the same size.
Box
Depending on order quantity boxes are put in containers which can store 40/60 or 100 standard boxes.

All boxes are preshrinked before packaging.
 Box Label
Each parcel is labelled with a sticker. This label defines the integrity of the parcel including order references.
Order number given by manufacturer, refer to order history record .
Company who ordered.
Destination: city if inland, country if abroad .
USP/Catalogue/Lot numbers and Type of the enclosed product/products.
Amount of each item enclosed, in dozen.
Total amount of enclosed products, in dozen.
Person who prepared parcel.
